"Kathy did an outstanding job "
"To Whom It May Concern: My wife Sharon and I wanted to take this opportunity to publicly commend real estate agent, Kathy Potter, and the folks at Century 21 Prestige Realty for giving us a positive home buying experience. Kathy did an outstanding job and went far above and beyond what one would reasonably expect of a real estate agent. Prior to moving to Missouri, my wife and I lived in Seoul, South Korea. Before we left Seoul, we emailed numerous real estate agents in Pulaski County and requested information pertaining to the local real estate market. Kathy was the only one to answer our message and open a dialogue with us. She went even further and sent us a questionnaire to complete so she would have an idea of the type of property that we were interested in. Once she received the completed questionnaire from us, she sent us electronic previews of several homes that met the criteria we had set forth, ne of which we eventually purchased. Kathy's selflessness and professionalism are unparalleled. She was extremely flexible and provided us with an exceptional level of customer service. On many occasions, she made personal sacrifices to assist us. For example, when we arrived in Missouri from Korea, we were without transportation and local contacts. Our vehicles had been shipped from Korea, but we were unable to obtain transportation to the port to retrieve them. Though not related to the business of home buying, Kathy took personal time out from her busy schedule and provided us a ride to St. Louis to pick up our vehicles. An action that was wholeheartedly appreciated but definitely not required. In conclusion, we can't speak highly enough of the service that we received from Kathy and Century 21 Prestige. Please feel free to share this letter and use us as a reference as you see fit. We thank you again for all you have done for the Reyman family!"

Time to Move >When It Is Your Move
Contacting different moving companies is one of the first steps in moving to a new house. You will find a variety of service options and price ranges from which to choose, whether you are moving across town or thousands of miles across the country.
Call several companies for estimates. Ask each company exactly how their charges are calculated and what is included. How much insurance is included in the estimate? What is the cost for additional coverage? Are there special provisions for fragile or unusually valuable items? Is the delivery date guaranteed? If economizing is important,
ask if there are ways to cut down on the bill by providing your
own boxes and packing yourself. Household movers are competitive, and comparison shopping can help you get the best value for your moving dollars.
